NEXT STOP: #IPLSpring

Be on the look out for future updates related to the American Bar Association’s 28th Annual Intellectual Property Law Conference because I am now an official Law Student Reporter! I was informed this week that I was selected to participate in the ABA’s Law Student Action Group’s reporters program. This spring will mark the third anniversary of the program which sends students to Arlington, VA to cover the three-day conference across blogs and social media. The conference kicks off Wednesday, April 3rd and runs through Friday, April 5th.

In Arlington, I will join a team of around a dozen students from law schools across the U.S. and provide insider coverage from the Crystal Gateway Marriott Hotel right outside of Washington, D.C. The conference features over 130 speakers spanning all areas of intellectual property law, ethics, policy, entertainment law, and more. Make sure you follow the hashtag “IPLSpring” on Twitter to get updates leading up to the conference and live-tweeting during conference events!

Early registration for the conference ends next week! To find out more about the conference or sign-up to attend, visit http://www.americanbar.org/groups/intellectual_property_law/events_cle/aba_spring_ipl_2013.html.
